It's a shame to hear that you would like to return your package or parts of it! You have 30 days from the day of delivery to return your order, or part of your order, for a refund. If you received a damaged item, please reach out via our help center form or to info@waterdrop.com so that we can help.
Currently, we are not able to offer a return label, which means that the customer will have to cover the shipping cost. Please have in mind that for hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept opened drop packs or used products.
Please follow these steps:
1. Add a note within the parcel with the original order number and your name.
2. Subsequently, send your unused and unopened items to the following address:

3. Write down the tracking code that you will receive when you post the package at the shipping company of your choice.
4. Initiate your refund HERE
Once it arrives at our warehouse, we will issue your refund.
Can I return open packs or used items?
No, due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened packs of waterdrop® as it is a food item, and we are unable to accept used accessories or bottles due to hygiene reasons.
I have sent back my order. Has it arrived?
The refund process may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your returned package. To expedite the process and receive your refund quicker, please send us the tracking number of the returned package using this form HERE.
